What's your return policy?

We offer 30 days easy return and money-back-guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

How can I return my package?

Please contact us within 30 days (support@flaxta.com) to indicate that you wish to return your product. You will receive a return label from us that you can use to return your product free of charge. You can also email us the form at the bottom of this page, but this is not obligatory. 

 

When will I receive my money back?

You will receive your money back into your account no later than 14 days after receiving your product.

(*) Delete where inapplicable.

If a loss in value of a good is due to the fact that the good has been used in a way that is not necessary for checking the condition, the customer shall be liable for this loss in value.
