Where do you ship?

We offer shipping to United States, Canada and countries within the European Union, as well as the UK.

Where do you ship from?

All European orders are shipped from our warehouse in Salzburg, Austria. All US and Canadian orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado.

What's your delivery time? (EU + North America)

Estimated delivery times for order within the European Union, United States and Canada are typically between 2-7 days.

What's your delivery time? (United Kingdom)

Most UK orders are typically delivered within 6-10 days. However, please note that we reserve a timeframe of up to 12-15 days due to customs processes.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer shipping to United States, Canada and countries within the European Union, as well as the UK.

If you're located outside of our current shipping zones, please send an email to support@flaxta.com and we'll investigate to see if there's any way we can still arrange for shipping to your location.

Where can I find my tracking?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send your tracking number in a shipping confirmation email. You can also find a link to the tracking information on your account page.

How can I return/cancel my shipment?

You can always cancel your shipment, and return within 30 days. More information on returns can be found on the right of withdrawal page.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

For orders being shipped outside North America and EU, import duties and taxes may be charged. These charges are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. Since these charges are different for different countries, Flaxta cannot predict the amount. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

For UK orders: All UK orders include VAT and import duties. There are no additional charges or fees that you have to pay upon receiving the product.

What's your return policy?

We offer 30 days easy return and money-back-guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Learn more here
